HOUSEKEEPING COTTAGES
Cottages are equipped for housekeeping with full kitchens,
bathrooms with showers, fireplaces (firewood provided) large decks, B.B.Q's
and gas furnaces. Cooking utensils and bedding are supplied. You must bring
toiletries and other consumables. Families
with very young children are encouraged to use the cottages that have an
asterisk (*). These are located in a flatter area of the resort that is
more children friendly.

From June
13 to August 31, cottages are available by the week only. Starting
September 1, cottages can be rented on a daily basis, 2 night minimum.
Cottage daily rentals starting September 1 can be tentatively reserved at
any time and reservation is confirmed beginning August 1st.
HOTEL ROOMS
Rooms are rented on a daily basis, two-night minimum on
weekends and three-night minimum on holiday weekends. Due to a noise
transmission, children under the age of 12 are not recommended as overnight
guests in the rooms. All rooms have lovely lake views and private decks;
rates include continental breakfast in our Lodge restaurant and daily maid
service.

OFF SEASON DISCOUNTED
RATES
The off season is September 1 to October 12. During this
period, discounts are offered as shown on the charts above.
Discounts are not offered on weekends. Mid-week nights are Sunday through
Thursday. 2-night minimum required for all weekend rentals and to receive a
mid-week discount; for 1 night rentals full rate applies.
DEPOSITS, FINAL PAYMENTS
AND CANCELLATIONS
The following chart shows the number of days prior to
arrival by which final payment is due or cancellation notice received for
refund.

The Lodge withholds $20 as processing fee for any
cancellation. Cancellations made with less than the required notice result
in forfeit of rents paid for nights that can't be re-rented.
The Lodge does not extend refunds for late cancellations or
early departures initiated for reasons beyond the Lodge's control.
CHECK IN / CHECK OUT
Check-in time for cottages is 4:00 pm. Room guests may check
in after 12:30 pm Check out time for all accommodations is 11:00 am. Late
departure will result in an additional days charge. The office is closed
from 9:00 pm to 8:00 am. Call ahead if arriving after 9:00 pm.
RESTRICTIONS
No pets. No smoking indoors. Smoking outdoors
in designate areas only. Maximum occupancy is strictly enforced. No
electrical appliances, such as hair blow dryers, electric coffee pots,
etc., are permitted.
