Chef Kenneth Tanasy! Chef Tanasy has been creating distinctive contemporary continental and International cuisine for more than thirty years. American born, he began his career working on the New Jersey Shore and New York City and then on to Boston where he specialized his culinary offerings in northeast American Cuisine. Chef Tanasy has a long and distinguished career…achieving five star ratings in The New York Times and The Boston Globe along with prestigious memberships with The American Culinary Federation, The New York Chefs Association as well as The International Chef’s Association. Chef Tanasy also has worked internationally in London and Mexico where he introduced New American Cuisine to different regions of each country and now we are lucky to have the Chef call California his home and to serve at Kit Carson Lodge.
