Deposit is required upon reservation. Full
payment is due 30 days prior to the arrival date; otherwise reservation is
subject to cancellation. Reservations made less than 30 days prior to arrival
date require payment in full.
Regardless of reason, the Lodge reserves the right to
withhold $20 processing fee on any cancellation. A cancellation notice must
be received 30 days prior to arrival date. Cancellations given within less
than 30-day notice before arrival date will receive a refund of the nights
that are re-rented, less $20 processing fee.
The Lodge does not extend refunds for late cancellations or
early departures initiated for reasons beyond Lodge’s control and can
extend refunds only if the Lodge is forced to close premises to guests. The
Lodge does not give refunds if the highway is closed on your arrival date
or access to the cottage is difficult or weather prohibits your planned
activities.
Check-in/Check-out
Check-in time is 4:00 pm. We suggest that you arrive at 4:00
pm or before dark. Daylight will make getting to the cottage much easier.
No check-ins after 9:00 pm. Check-out time is 11:00 am. Late departures
will result in an additional day’s charge.
Restrictions
The policy of no smoking, no pets and a maximum of 6 people
is strictly enforced. No electrical appliances, such as hair blow dryers,
electric coffee pots, etc., are permitted.
