Dinner is served from 5 - 9 p.m. every night, Last seating at 8:30 p.m..  Reservations are recommended for dinner.  Please call us at 209-258-8500 to make reservations.

Strips of salmon with corn meal breading atop a salad with oriental dressing


Hazy Little Cheddar Dip

Hot creamy cheddar cheese sauce with the kick of Sierra Nevada Hazy little thing IPA served with warm Pretzel Sticks.


Gratin Style Seafood Dip
Shrimp, scallops and white fish blended with mushrooms,onions,garlic and a creamy sauce then baked until bubbly

Goat cheese pasty

puff pasty topped with goat cheese rolled in chopped nuts, fig compote, strawberries and finished with a balsamic reduction




New York Strip Steak- 10oz grain fed grilled beef topped with Worchester herbed butter

Blonde brisket taco(3) -Tender brisket, marinated in Guiness beer, roasted for hours and served in flour tortillas with a side of seasoned rice and pico de gallo


Seafood stuffed shrimp- 6 butterflied shrimp stuffed witj a seafood medley. Served over linguini pasta with a Bluerre Blanc sauce

Southern Cornmeal Trout- Lightly breaded in a corn meal crumb served with tartar sauce


Broiled Salmon-Filet of salmon layered with a honey Dijon sauce

Risotto DaVinci- Risotto with seafood, freash fish, a touch of turmeric and tomato

Salmon en Croute- Filet of salmon layered with shitake mushrooms and pistachio nuts wrapped in phyllo dough served with a basil cream sauce

Chicken and Pork

Chicken Marsala-Chicken breast sauteed with mushrooms and garlic. Served with a marsala wine cream sauce

Lemon Rosemary Chicken- Chicken breast breaded and deep fried. Served with a lemon caper bechamel sauce
Boneless Pork Loin Chop- Pesto marinated with savory nut and berry stuffing, finished with a pork demi-glaze

Vegetable Pasta- Asparagus, brocolli, mushrooms, carrots, tomatoes, roasted red peppers in a creamy Alfredo sauce, served with a parmesan sauce

Cheesecake-New York style cheesecake with a crust made of graham crackers and nuts, finished with a sour cream topping
Creme Brule- Specialty of our chef, creamy vinalla with a browned sugar top
Aunt Charlotte's Bread Pudding- An old fashioned treat, served with a scoop of vanilla ice cream and caramel sauce
