Kit Carson Lodge Welcomes Executive Chef Chris Jones up from New Orleans for the Summer Season 2023!
Chef Chris will be doing some rustic lodge classics you have come to expect from the Silver Fork such as grilled steaks, roasted chicken and fresh pastas, salads and the freshest seasonal vegetable options from the Central Valley… In addition, Chef is going to bring some of his Classic and Contemporary Cajun and Creole Classic specialties with a big focus on fresh seafood!
Chef Chris is a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America and has run restaurants in New York, Chicago, Vail and of course his hometown of New Orleans. He was the Head Chef at the Bon Ton Cafe one of the oldest restaurants in New Orleans and owned his own restaurant, Thibodaux Jones Creole Kitchen with his wife Ashley in Asheville, North Carolina.
